We accept Visa or Mastercard, we do not accept checks or C.O.D.
To place an order please email orders@bracdesign.com. Include in your email: - your name as it appears on your card,
- your billing address,
- your phone number,
- your card number,
- your shipping address if it differs from your billing.
Returns: Exchange only within 30 days.
Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours with no penalty, after that there will be a 5% service charge on orders not yet shipped. Shipped orders cannot be cancelled.
Shipping: We will ship via UPS ground. Other methods may be arranged if requested.
